I worked closely with my Creative Director to develop the BPI Preferred website pages--sections strategically tailored to appeal to convert wealthier clients to join their "Preferred Clientele." Our aim was to create an online platform that not only showcases the array of benefits BPI Preferred offers but also entices potential clients to join this exclusive banking tier.
Understanding the Preferred Clientele
Our approach began with a deep dive into understanding the needs, preferences, and expectations of BPI's Preferred Clientele. In close collaboration with our Analytics and Insights team, we conducted extensive market research and analysis to identify key demographics, financial behaviors, and aspirations of potential Preferred clients to ensure our website content resonated profoundly with this exclusive audience segment.
User Experience Design
Central to our strategy was the seamless user experience design aimed at guiding visitors through the journey of discovery and conversion. We employed intuitive navigation, minimalist design elements, and strategically placed calls-to-action to ensure visitors effortlessly explore the benefits and seamlessly transition into becoming Preferred clients.
Conversion Optimization: 
Beyond mere presentation, our focus extended to conversion optimization. We implemented call to actions and leading sections throughout the website to ensure the visitor was always reminded and invited to become a BPI Preferred client.
